In the middle of the hectic sea of ​​people in the old town - just right off the tourist trail on the calmer street of Köpmangatan  & within walking distance from the subway– we find a beautiful shop at Köpmannagatan 14. For centuries, the checkered stone floor has been a stage for trade and business. 

 

In 2023, it is time for a new concept to open its doors at this location. 

Det Vackra with a mix of products; from chocolates to jewellery, art and design. But also a place for pop-ups, exhibitions and design experiences. All with the common hope of brightening life and making someone happier.

We see Det Vackra as a shop and POPUP concept. Under this concept roof, we want to bring designers, artists and creators together for unique collaborations. A community for designers where we support each other and grow stronger together. Our focus is female craftsmanship and artistry and we ourselves mostly sell unique and fun design, interior design and accessories but are open to anything that matches our brand and Old Town.

 

Det Vackra is founded and run by three women with different backgrounds who wanted to build something beautiful & fun. A clown, a chocolatier and a burlesque performer. Together, they want to spread joy and beauty with other creators.
